Judging by what some of the comments confirm, it's my opinion that the sound track somehow got out of sync with the action. That makes the moaning and everything else seem over the top and not matching up with the action (open mouth moaning with a mouthful of cock). You here the American speak and then seconds later you see his mouth move with no sound coming out. Would love to see it reposted with the sound problem fixed.
